- Account, pet, and reminder data: retained for as long as your account remains active. If you request deletion of your account or personal data, it will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized from active systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
- Technical and usage logs: retained for a maximum of 12 months, then deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
- Support communications: retained for a maximum of 3 years after the last exchange, unless a longer period is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Backups: residual copies may remain in encrypted or access-restricted backups for up to 90 days before they are automatically overwritten or deleted. Backup data is used only for recovery, continuity, and security purposes.
- Legal obligations: certain information may be retained for the period required by applicable law, including information needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
Irreversibly anonymized information that can no longer identify you may be retained for statistical and service-improvement purposes.
